Article 11 (Effective Period) 1. This Agreement shall be remain effective from the date of signing on this Agreement to Dec.12th, 2018. Unless it is terminated before the prescribed expiration date, it shall be effective until the expiration date. Regarding the extension of the effective period, both parties shall discuss 30 days before the expiration date.
